What are the standard check-in and check-out times?

We invite guests to check into their suites starting at 3:00 PM. On the day of your departure, check-out is requested by 11:00 AM to allow our dedicated team sufficient time to prepare the accommodations for arriving guests. Please be advised that late check-outs may be subject to additional charges based on availability and the time the room is vacated.

Does the property accommodate families with children?

Kasimatis by La Perla is an adults-only establishment, designed to provide a serene and romantic atmosphere for our guests. For safety reasons and to maintain the tranquil ambiance of the property, we only accommodate guests who are 13 years of age or older. Furthermore, the property does not have the capacity to provide extra beds in the suites.

Guests may enjoy a daily a la carte breakfast, which can be served directly to your private patio or balcony for an intimate start to your day. Upon arrival in Imerovigli, we also provide a complimentary porter service to assist with your luggage, navigating the traditional caldera steps effortlessly so you can begin your holiday in comfort.
